A few good questions.
Will my phone work with an eSIM?
Your phone must support eSIM and be unlocked for use with other carriers. Check your exact device model before buying, and use a reliable internet connection to install the profile.
When does my plan start?
Most plans start when the eSIM first connects to a supported network at your destination. Some start when installed. Check your selected plan’s activation instructions before installing it.
Why can’t I install my eSIM?
Check that your phone is compatible and unlocked, and that your internet connection is stable. A QR code already used on another device may not work. Keep the code private and contact Ozuas if installation still fails.
My eSIM is installed. Why am I offline?
Select the travel eSIM for mobile data, switch it on, and enable data roaming for that eSIM. Restart your phone if there is no signal. If signal appears but data does not work, try manually selecting a supported network. Do not delete the eSIM while troubleshooting.
Can I reinstall or move my eSIM?
Reinstallation on the same device may be possible using the original QR code while the eSIM and its data plan remain valid. Recovery is not guaranteed. An activated eSIM cannot be transferred to another device; contact Ozuas before deleting it.
Can I request a refund?
Unused eSIMs may be eligible for cancellation through our supplier. Activated eSIMs require individual review and cannot be automatically cancelled. Contact Ozuas with your order reference so we can check eligibility; a refund is not automatic.
